  • Business and finance: BetaKit, BNN Bloomberg

How Articles Are Summarized

We use artificial intelligence (AI) to help create concise, readable summaries of longer articles from the original sources. Each AI-generated summary is designed to capture the key facts and context of the original reporting.

After the AI produces a draft, our team reviews the summary for accuracy, tone, and relevance before it is published on the site. Where possible, we cross-reference claims with primary data sources such as government press releases, CMHC reports, or MLS statistics.

Our Editorial Standards

  • Every published article links back to the original source so readers can access the full reporting.
  • We do not alter facts, fabricate quotes, or misrepresent the original author's intent.
  • Articles that cannot be verified against the original source are held in draft status until they can be confirmed.
  • We label news summaries distinctly from our original blog content so readers always know what they are reading.

AI Disclosure

We believe in transparency about the tools we use. AI assists in the summarization and drafting process. A human editor reviews every article before publication. If you notice a factual error or misleading statement, we want to know about it.

Report an Issue

If you believe an article is inaccurate, misleading, or improperly attributed, please reach out to our team. We take every report seriously and will correct or remove content as needed.

Source Attribution Policy

Every news summary on this site includes clear attribution to the original source(s). We provide:

  1. The name of the original publication or author.
  2. A direct link to the original article whenever available.
  3. A prominent notice encouraging readers to visit the original source for the full story.

We do not claim ownership of the facts or reporting produced by the original sources. Our summaries are transformative works intended to inform our audience and drive traffic to the original publications.
