Karsen Koltun

Born and raised in Kelowna, the Okanagan isn't just where Karsen works — it's home. He grew up in a family of real estate agents, learning the industry from his mom, Petrina Owen, one of Lake Country's most prominent REALTORs and the lead of the Owen Koltun team. Real estate has been part of his life since day one.

Karsen started his career at Royal LePage Kelowna at age 13 as an administrative assistant in August 2018, learning the business from the ground up. He earned his real estate license in July 2024, becoming one of the youngest licensed REALTORs in British Columbia, and was awarded Rookie of the Year at Royal LePage Kelowna in February 2026. Throughout his career, he has been involved in over 222 real estate transactions.

Beyond real estate, Karsen founded a marketing agency with 12 full-time team members and over 30 clients — giving his listings a serious competitive edge with professional content, digital strategy, and exposure most agents simply can't match. He also founded the Kelowna Founders Club, a nonprofit supporting young entrepreneurs in the Okanagan, where he serves as President. He's currently a Commerce student at UBC Okanagan.

When he's not working, you'll find Karsen on the lake in summer, skiing at Big White in winter, or exploring the Okanagan's food and wine scene. He brings the same energy and passion to his clients as he does to everything else — and it shows in the results.
